Retaining Walls
Tiered segmental walls that hold grade and give back usable yard.
Licensed & Insured North Carolina General Contractor
Drawn, permitted, and built by one team. Most contractors sub out the drawings and most designers can't build — we keep all three under one roof, for homeowners and commercial property owners across the Triangle.

How It Works
Most projects stall in the handoffs — between whoever drew it, whoever permitted it, and whoever builds it. We carry it straight through.
We walk the property, work out what's actually feasible, and produce the drawings. Where a project needs stamped engineering, we bring in the engineer we work with rather than guessing at it.
We prepare the submittal, take it through the jurisdiction, and handle comments and revisions. Residential and commercial.
We build what we drew. Written scope, clear pricing, inspections coordinated, one point of contact the whole way.

About Catalyst
Every property is different. Before recommending a solution, we take the time to understand the site, the owner's goals, and the practical path forward.
Whether the project is cosmetic, structural, or somewhere in between, our focus stays the same: clear options, thoughtful planning, and work that is built to last.

"They did the design and the drawings and dealt with the permit, and it was a lot easier than I expected… They actually found a more cost-effective way to use the space than what I had in mind, which saved me money they could have just as easily taken."
"We had another company come out first and the price was much higher, but it felt like they were trying to sell us a one-size-fits-all system. Matt took the time to actually look at the property, explain our options, and came up with a plan that made sense."
"We were so worried about our uneven floors and thought there might be an issue with the crawlspace… Antoinette took the time to explain what she was seeing in a way we could actually understand and gave us options that felt practical instead of trying to upsell us. We never felt pressured into making a decision, and that meant a lot to us."
